What ADR Vest announced
In its communication of 4 September 2026, ADR Vest presented 131 contracted projects for pre-university education, worth EUR 276 million in total. The announcement concerns funded investments, rather than an inventory of open tenders. Construction, installation and equipment companies should examine each project's scope and related procurement.
Four checks before bidding
Identify the beneficiary using the funded project list and the institution's official website. Establish whether the relevant procurement is being prepared, has been published or has already been awarded. Read the contract scope, distinguishing design, works and equipment when purchased separately. Compare the requirements with your company's experience, staff and delivery capacity.
Prepare the right team for the project
Use a record for each investment: beneficiary, location, scope, stage and source. Establish which activities your business can perform and which would benefit from partners. Match the division of work to the procurement documents and the participants' actual capacity. An investment becomes an opportunity when an accessible procurement meets a technically and financially sustainable bid.
