From specifications to a compliance matrix
We begin by identifying mandatory requirements and the elements subject to evaluation. A compliance matrix links each requirement to the section or document that addresses it. This review helps identify omissions before submission and avoid contradictions between chapters.
- Technical requirements and a description of the proposed solution.
- Execution or service methodology and the sequence of activities.
- Personnel, responsibilities and resources needed to deliver the contract.
- Technical data sheets, manufacturers and models where requested.
A technical bid tailored to the contract
For works, we describe construction stages, site organisation and their relationship with the execution schedule. For services, we present activities, frequencies, team organisation and quality control. For supplies, we compare proposed products with the required specifications and available documentation. We do not present assumed specifications as verified product characteristics.
Documents to send us
We need the complete tender documents and published clarifications, together with information about the solution your company can support. If a technical proposal already exists, we review it and identify what needs completing before submission.
- Specifications, procurement data sheet, forms and annexes.
- Bills of quantities, design documents and available drawings for works.
- Information on personnel, authorisations, machinery and equipment.
- Product data sheets, supplier quotations and allocation of activities among participants.
Final review of the technical proposal
We align the text with the Gantt chart, resources and financial data when these form part of the agreed service. We check annex references, the contents page, procedure identification and required documents. Quality, safety, environmental or DNSH plans are included according to the specific requirements, rather than as generic annexes for every tender.
Frequently asked questions
Can a technical proposal be prepared by copying the specifications?
Simply repeating the requirements does not explain the bidder’s solution. The bid must present the approach, resources and supporting documents required by the procedure.
Can you align the technical bid with cost estimates and the Gantt chart?
Yes, when these components are part of the requested service and we have the necessary documents. We review the consistency of activities, quantities, resources and deadlines.
